Job Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care services including mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, and clean-up
- Operate landscaping equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Assist with planting, weeding, and general landscape maintenance
- Ensure job sites are completed to company standards
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications
- Prior lawn care or landscaping experience is preferred but not required (will train the right candidates)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have strong attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform manual labor
