- Design and implement individualized therapy programs to help our guests regain strength, mobility, and independence
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team of therapists, nurses, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Help guests achieve their therapy goals and maintain dignity, respect, and positivity throughout their care
- Create discharge plans that promote long-term success and independence
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid State License
- Passion for helping people recover and regain independence
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physical therapy treatments with energy and enthusiasm
- Sense of humor and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Competitive salary range of $55 - $60 HOURLY
