Ridgeview Institute Smyrna is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Clinical Services to provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for our clinical programs. This key leadership role is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of patient care, regulatory compliance, program development, and clinical excellence across the organization.

What You'll Do
- Provide leadership and strategic oversight for all clinical services and treatment programs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical programming to meet community needs and organizational goals.
- Foster and maintain a therapeutic environment focused on quality care and positive patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA, state regulations, and patient rights standards.
- Lead, mentor, and support multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Drive performance improvement initiatives and clinical best practices.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support organizational growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications
✅ Master's degree in Social Work or a related mental health field required
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, or mental health services
✅ Minimum 3 years of progressive clinical leadership or management experience preferred
✅ Current mental health licensure required
✅ Strong understanding of Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA, and behavioral health regulatory requirements
✅ Demonstrated leadership, communication, and program development skills
