Position Overview

We're seeking motivated, career-driven individuals who are eager to begin a rewarding career in sales, marketing, and business development. As a Sales & Marketing Management Trainee, you'll receive hands-on training in customer engagement, sales support, communication, leadership, and business operations while working alongside experienced professionals.

This position is designed for individuals who want to develop professionally, gain real-world business experience, and earn opportunities for increased responsibility through performance, mentorship, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail environment and provide exceptional service.
• Assist customers with product information and recommend solutions based on their needs.
• Learn and apply effective sales, marketing, and customer service techniques.
• Explain product features, pricing, and current promotional offers.
• Process customer transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Work toward individual and team performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development programs.
• Represent client brands with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications
