What You'll Do

• Represent nationally recognized client brands through face-to-face promotional campaigns.
• Engage with prospective customers and educate them on products and services.
• Support customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives.
• Build positive customer relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Assist with marketing and promotional events while maintaining brand standards.
• Meet individual and team performance goals.
• Track customer interactions and campaign activity.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, promotions, or sales is a plus, but not required.
