Position Overview
We're seeking motivated, career-driven individuals for an entry-level Management Trainee role. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to gain real-world experience in sales and marketing while receiving paid training and mentorship.
In this role, you'll interact with customers in a retail environment, educate them about products and services, and help them find solutions that fit their needs. Qualified candidates can begin the onboarding process immediately.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a retail setting.
- Promote products and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
- Explain product features, pricing, and current promotions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
