Pay: $750–$1,250 per week (includes base pay, commission, and performance incentives; actual earnings vary based on performance)

Location: Salt Lake City, UT (On-site)

About the Role

Ridgeline Strategies is seeking motivated individuals for an Entry-Level Management Trainee position. This full-time, on-site role provides paid training in customer service, sales, and day-to-day business operations.

This position is intended for individuals interested in developing professional skills in a customer-facing environment. Team members receive ongoing coaching and may be considered for additional responsibilities based on business needs and individual performance.

No previous experience is required. Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by answering questions and helping them select products and services.
• Learn and apply customer service and sales techniques.
• Explain product features, pricing, and available promotions.
• Process customer transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Work toward individual and team performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Schedule
