Position Summary:
The Maintenance Staff are responsible for assisting the Maintenance Director with daily duties and projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and perform tasks listed on the Maintenance Log with list of requested and completed repairs daily.
- Follow the preventative maintenance schedule.
- Assists with refurbishment of resident apartments as they become vacant.
- Clean resident carpets as requested.
- Repair drywall and touch-up paint as needed.
- Drives the bus.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
