What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at Ridge Run Tavern?
In this position you will be responsible for prep work, cooking orders, running the food, and daily/weekly cleaning duties.
We have a small kitchen where you will be the only one cooking, prepping, and cleaning. Our menu is pretty simple straight forward, I have attached a copy so that you may see what types of food we offer. We run into a couple small food rushes a day but nothing too overwhelming.
After you complete your training, we are always open to new ideas and embrace creativity coming out of our kitchen. We try these on our special board which we update weekly.
If you join us, we start $18 an hour. Within 60 days if you perform well, willing to continue learning and are dependable you'll earn $20 an hour.
We currently have 2 shifts open and that is a Monday shift from 5pm to 10pm and every other Saturday 2-10
