What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at Bridgewater Public House?
We are looking for an Experienced Line Cook to join our team at Bridgewater Public House.
Bridgewater Public House is a large, upscale, casual family restaurant with 2 bars and an arcade. We have public and private special events, weekly specials and daily happy hours.
We are a very busy restaurant, serving simple but refined pub food classics like burgers, wings, wraps, salads and flatbreads. We also offer seafood, steak and pastas.
We work in an open kitchen, so guests can see the high standard of cleanliness we uphold. Our team is fun to work with and we joke a lot to handle the pressure of such high volume. At the end of the night we work together to thoroughly clean the kitchen and get ready for the next day. We use organized prep and cleaning sheets to keep ourselves accountable to running each station at a high level of preparedness.
