Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Engineer / Technical Liaison to join our expanding team. This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our technical offerings and our clients’ needs, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery. As a Sales Engineer / Technical Liaison, you will collaborate closely with both our sales and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions and support the sales process from inception through to implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for potential clients, understanding their requirements and effectively communicating technical solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value our solutions provide to our clients.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including answering technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with our engineering team to relay client feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to provide strategic insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in a technical sales or customer-facing role within the [industry/niche].
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and convey complex ideas effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with our solutions: CrowdStrike, Okta, Qualys, Picus, Zscaler
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in engineering or business administration.

- Certifications in sales or technical fields.
