As an Activity Aide, you will play a vital role to the Ridge Crest community by planning and implementing activities. If you have a passion for working with seniors and enjoy creating meaningful experiences, we encourage you to apply.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing a variety of recreational activities for residents
- Engage residents in social, physical, and cognitive activities to promote overall well-being
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Collaborate with the care team to develop individualized care plans for residents
- Coordinate and facilitate group activities such as games, crafts, and outings
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident participation and progress
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes social interaction and engagement
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents during all activities
