Do you have a passion for teaching children and adults how to swim or improve their technique? Are you ready to change lives? Then a Swim Instructor position at the Ridge might be the right fit for you! Swim Instructors at the Ridge are expected to be warm, kind, and most of all, great with people. We offer the training you will need to become an expert in our curriculum so you can teach our swimmers how to be safer and more efficient in the water, all while having fun in the process. Must be CPR-certified with a High School Diploma or GED.
