Collections Specialist (Bilingual)

Position Summary

RideShare Carz is a fast growing provider of reliable vehicle rental solutions designed for rideshare and delivery drivers. We are seeking a bilingual Collections Specialist to join our on site team in Garland, TX. As the company continues to scale, this role plays a critical part in supporting both our finance and operations departments. The Collections Specialist is responsible for ensuring billing accuracy, maintaining timely customer payments, and reconciling accounts to uphold financial integrity and customer satisfaction.

Work Schedule and Location

This is a full time, on site position operating Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one hour lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. The role is based in Garland, TX 75043. Reliable transportation to the work site is required. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and process invoices for vehicle rentals, tolls, and other applicable fees.
• Monitor, record, and reconcile customer payments across internal systems and third‑party platforms.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies promptly and professionally.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding overdue balances, payment reminders, and account status.
• Maintain organized, audit‑ready records of accounts, documentation, and payment activity.
• Partner with operations, sales, and customer service teams to ensure accurate billing and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related financial role.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to perform lookups, pivot tables, and text functions from memory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
• Experience with Stripe or similar billing systems is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly rate of $20.00 to $22.50, based on relevant experience.
