Reporting to the Vice President of Community Engagement and Belonging, the Director of Student and Client Services will lead the experiential learning initiatives for students while managing the business incubator's client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading the development and execution of student experiential services, including supervising student Fellows who work with entrepreneurs
- Mentoring and assisting client businesses in areas such as business development, business planning, market analysis, and strategic planning within the Business Incubator.
- Providing professional training and mentoring to students to prepare them to work with clients on projects like financial models, marketing, and SWOT analysis.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the incubator, and contributing to the strategic growth of the Center.
- Building partnerships with local startups, small businesses, nonprofits, and government entities to provide "student-powered" technical assistance.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in business mentoring, consulting, or entrepreneurship.
- Strong background in experiential learning and student development.
- Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks required
