RideNow Powersports Surprise is seeking a seasoned, results-driven Sales Floor Manager to lead our high-performance sales team. This is a strategic leadership role ideal for an accomplished sales professional with dealership experience who thrives on driving performance, mentoring talent, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Do:
- Strategically lead daily showroom operations for both new and pre-owned powersports vehicles, ensuring a seamless and profitable sales process.
- Drive performance metrics by coaching, developing, and holding your sales team accountable to individual and store-wide targets.
- Serve as the go-to expert in deal structuring, F&I integration, and customer negotiation—personally assisting in closing complex or high-value deals.
- Monitor and optimize floor traffic coverage and team deployment to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Partner closely with leadership to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
- Champion a customer-first approach while maintaining profitability and efficiency across the sales process.
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years of dealership sales management experience
- Strong understanding of deal structure, finance products, and compliance best practices.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for powersports is strongly preferred; a motorcycle endorsement is a plus.
- Weekend availability
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
- Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
