What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Counter Sales - RideNow Tri-Cities position at RideNow Powersports?
RideNow Tri-Cities is seeking an outgoing and highly motivated Parts Counter Associate!
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts.
- Help customers customize, upgrade and outfit thier vehicles
- Look up records and enter customer information.
- Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service over the phone.
- Receive and account for all incoming parts.
- Make sure all displays are organized.
- Update customers on all orders and ensure they are satisfied.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Knowledge of powersports vehicles and parts is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Team player with a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
