Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a team that keeps projects running smoothly? We’re looking for a Labeling & Identification Mechanic B to help ensure mechanical systems are clearly identified, organized, and project-ready.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping job sites efficient and compliant by:
- Identifying and labeling mechanical equipment across job sites
- Reading and working from pipe and duct system drawings
- Preparing and processing labels to meet project specifications
- Assisting with material take-offs for each job
- Matching paint colors for equipment touch-ups and repairs
- Helping keep projects on schedule and within budgeted hours
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
This is a physically active, hands-on role. You’ll need to be comfortable:
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Lifting up to 50 lbs and handling tools/materials overhead
- Climbing ladders and working at heights
- Standing, bending, kneeling, and working in tight spaces
- Using tools and measuring accurately (tape measure/ruler)
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to read drawings and follow instructions
- Experience with piping or duct systems (preferred, not required)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites (overnight travel may be required)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed
