The Site Coordinator is responsible for the daily operations of a solo-person site, ensuring the delivery of contracted office services such as copy, courier, managed print, hospitality, imaging, and mail services. This role requires hands-on operation of office equipment and direct interaction with customers, vendors, and facility management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of mail room, copy center, or scanning facility.
- Operate office equipment including PCs, copiers, multifunction devices, imaging, and mail equipment.
- May oversee courier services, reception, switchboard operations, shipping & receiving, and mail processing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer interactions.
- Implement and manage Ricoh Service Excellence Programs.
- Efficiently operate equipment/software to meet service level agreements.
- Achieve cost efficiency by managing materials and supplies.
- Maintain routine functions such as work orders, contractor monitoring, inspections, and reporting.
- Interact with vendors, facility management, and building occupants.
- Manage office supply inventory and reordering.
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and A/V equipment resources.
- Foster positive internal relationships through professional communication.
- Collect and report data to leadership and customers, including monthly reports.
- Ensure financial responsibilities are met.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related B2B or technical field.
- At least 1 year of customer-facing experience required.
- Demonstrated understanding of technology.
- Tactical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to present to small groups.
- Basic customer service and technical aptitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and noise levels.
- Diverse work assignments requiring interpretation and application of complex information.
