Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Lectra/Gerber cutting machines and other automated equipment to cut fabric and materials according to production specifications.
- Collaborate with other cutters and spreaders to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Record and monitor material usage; maintain accurate inventory documentation.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on cutting equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with production and inventory teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Inspect cut materials for quality and accuracy before releasing to production.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience operating Lectra/Gerber or similar cutting machines preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret cutting patterns/work with online cutting software
- Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance.
- Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Schedule Requirements:
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed to support production timelines.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- Manual dexterity and visual acuity are required for machine operation and material inspection.
