Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in North Mankato, MN. The Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily accounting tasks such as preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, accounts payable, payroll, inventory, monitoring transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Additional duties include budgeting, assisting in audits, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with accounting standards
- Experience with accounting software and tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication skills for working with various stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Experience in the flooring or retail industry is a plus

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
