The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating legitimate leads and obtaining quotes that can lead to new business acquisitions. This role requires effective communication through calls, texts, and emails to prospects to gather necessary information, such as the year, make, and model of automobiles for household insurance quotes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contact prospects via phone, text, and email to collect accurate information for quotes.
- Generate qualified leads that can be converted into new business opportunities.
- Maintain productivity standards and meet performance goals.
- Manage and update lead lists as required.
- Communicate effectively with the Sales Team Manager regarding questions or concerns.
- Adapt to flexible work hours that fit your schedule.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Professional demeanor with quick wit and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Pay Structure:
- $15 per hour.

Reporting Structure:
- Reports directly to the Sales Team Manager for guidance, lead list inquiries, and support.
