Part-Time Sales Starter

Are you energetic, coachable, and looking to start a career in sales? The Aaron Freitag Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated Part-Time Sales Starter to help generate new business opportunities by connecting with prospective customers and supporting our licensed sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a positive attitude and strong work ethic who wants to gain valuable sales experience with the potential to grow into a Licensed Insurance Producer.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
- Contact internet leads and follow up promptly.
- Identify qualified prospects and transfer warm opportunities to licensed team members.
- Schedule appointments and send calendar invitations.
- Communicate with prospects through phone calls and text messages.
- Update customer information in our CRM.
- Complete data entry and follow-up activities.
- Represent our agency with professionalism and enthusiasm on every interaction.
Daily Success Metrics
- Make 82 outbound calls each day.
- Complete 3 qualified live transfers to licensed team members.
- Schedule appointments and send calendar invitations.
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up records.
Schedule
- Part-time
- Monday through Friday
- 3–4 hours per day
Qualifications
No sales or insurance experience is required—we provide the training.
