Qualifications
The Administrative Assistant will have a minimum of five (5) years of general office experience.
Candidate must be flexible, amiable, energetic, and able to handle last-minute deadlines along with the ability to professionally greet and direct varying visitors.
Qualified candidate will have
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills
- Solid organizational skills
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (to include proven ability to perform document edits in MS Word and Excel)
- Mid-level to advanced computer literacy
- Proficiency with Bluebeam and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams (to include creating/hosting a meeting, set up and monitoring break-out groups, downloading/saving recorded meetings)
- Experience coordinating logistics for off-site meetings
- Experience with corporate supply purchasing is plus
- Experience with Deltek is a plus
Phone etiquette and general knowledge in operating a multi-line switchboard is required.
Candidate must be comfortable with
- Building and nurturing relationships with external stakeholders, clients and competitors while fostering strong internal collaboration
- Large scale plan printing
- Working knowledge in large plotter upkeep (changing paper spools, coordinating with technicians as needed, etc.)
- General office coordination (mail/deliveries, conference room organization, general office upkeep etc.)
