Richter LT Performance Advisor has an opening for an HR Coordinator to join our team.
Richter is a privately owned and operated company that has been specializing in RCM accounting and clinical/financial consulting for our clients for over 24 years! Richter Healthcare Consulting is currently seeking an HR Coordinator to join us in providing care, innovations, and results to every client experience!
Position is a hybrid role and occasionally will need to be onsite:

Job Responsibilities
· Leads recruitment efforts as it pertains to recruiting, conducting interviews, and screens candidates
· Conducts onboarding as it pertains to HR processes, office equipment, usage, security, supplies, schedules, and all onboarding files and documentation
· Maintains files and retrieves paper and electronic corporate documents, records, and reports; assures confidentiality of employee personnel records
· Maintains and assures accuracy in processing bi-monthly payroll
· Collaborates with leadership to organize staffing needs
· Reviews, finalizes, and files company job descriptions
· Creates and presents offer letter
· Processes pre-employment paperwork, collaborates with leadership for onboarding preparation
· Performs employee exit reviews as needed
· Manages, develops, implements, and maintains all companywide programs: Employee Recognition & Appreciation, Anniversary program, fundraising, Health & Wellness, Referral, Staff Meetings, community outreach, etc.
· Assists with HR projects including company-wide multistate pay analysis, continuing education, employee performance, etc.
· Maintains and tracks performance evaluation and wage practices
· Supports staff and maintains all leave segments including FMLA, unpaid/paid leave, PTO etc.
· Supports staff and leadership with HR questions including benefits, practice and policies, portal maintenance
· Assists and support management with disciplinary and coaching opportunities
· Processes HR documentation
· Assures compliance with labor laws for the states in which the company conducts business consulting with outside counsel when necessary
· Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required, Associates Degree preferred
- 2 years of recent progressive experience in Human Resources
- Must be computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have exceptional listening, oral, and written communication skills
