🔧 What You'll Be Doing

As a Service Technician, you'll report to the Community Manager and be responsible for maintaining the entire property, including:

• Responding to service requests promptly-ideally within 24 hours

• Performing routine and major repairs across apartments and common areas

• Completing make-ready turns (debris removal, repairs, painting, key rotation, etc.)

• Maintaining the pool, grounds, irrigation, and landscaping

• Keeping the maintenance shop organized and stocked

• Participating in on-call rotations for 24-hour emergency maintenance

• Ensuring compliance with the Fair Housing Act

• Completing preventive maintenance reports for buildings, HVAC, equipment, and more

• Painting interior and exterior areas, including curbs, utility boxes, and handrails

• Providing technical support and working collaboratively with the property team

• Other duties as assigned to ensure a well-maintained, resident-focused community

🔧 What We're Looking For

• HVAC or EPA certification preferred

• Pool maintenance experience preferred

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in multifamily maintenance

• Broad knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, and irrigation systems

• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle tasks with professionalism

• Must be available to work in an on-call capacity per our 24-hour maintenance commitment

💪 Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 75 lbs

• Able to bend, stoop, twist, and reach overhead

• Must work in small spaces and perform overhead repairs for extended periods
