- Leasing & Marketing: Assist the Community Director in all aspects of managing the property, including offering ideas and executing marketing and leasing plans in line with Section 42 Guidelines, The Fair Housing Act, and RichSmith Policies and Procedures.
- Administrative Duties: Handle essential office tasks such as typing, filing, scanning, faxing, answering phones, and more, while keeping the office organized and running smoothly.
- Experience: At least one year of leasing experience is preferred.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional customer service focus, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational Abilities: Excellent organizational and time management skills to keep up with the demands of a busy community.
- Mobility: Must be able to walk the property, including multiple flights of stairs, to complete inspections, deliver communications, and show apartments.
- Strength: Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs. for tasks like vacuuming, moving office furniture, and lifting supplies.
