Are you an experienced Community Manager looking for a new opportunity? Valley Estates Heber Springs is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to oversee our apartment community in Heber Springs, AR. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for planning and directing the day-to-day activities of the property, including maintenance staff and vendors, to ensure the goals and objectives of the property are accomplished.

Responsibilities:
- Market and lease available apartments in full compliance with fair housing laws
- Provide a high level of customer service and connect with residents
- Collect and deposit rent, late fees, and deposits using property management software
- Screen and qualify prospective residents
- Oversee renovation of vacant units and ensure they are prepared for rental
- Manage property expenditures in accordance with the budget
- Respond to resident requests or complaints in a timely and courteous manner
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of multi-family property management experience
- One year of management experience with a proven track record for successful leasing and renewal rates
- LIHTC experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office and property management software skills
- Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
- Ability to empathize with residents and staff while enforcing community rules and policies
- Strong communication ability, both verbally and in writing
