Apartment Maintenance Service Tech

Join Our Team as an Apartment Service Technician at Valley Estates of Mountain Home!

Valley Estates of Mountain Home is seeking an experienced Apartment Service Technician to help maintain our beautiful apartment community. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out all maintenance of the property, including service requests, pool care, landscaping, grounds care, and preventive maintenance on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain all aspects of the property, including service requests, pool care, landscaping, and grounds care
• Perform preventive maintenance on a daily basis
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure the safety and security of the property
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Community Manager

Qualifications:

• HVAC or EPA certification preferred
• Pool operation and maintenance experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of multifamily experience with an emphasis on repairs, maintenance, and customer service
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects of appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting and repairs, electricity, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and irrigation systems
• Must be available to work in an on-call capacity as related to our 24-hour routine maintenance guarantee

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift objects up to 100 lbs.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist into small areas
• Must be able to reach overhead for extended periods of time due to overhead repair work
