Valley Estates of Mountain Home is seeking an experienced Apartment Service Technician to help maintain our beautiful apartment community. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out all maintenance of the property, including service requests, pool care, landscaping, grounds care, and preventive maintenance on a daily basis.

- Maintain all aspects of the property, including service requests, pool care, landscaping, and grounds care
- Perform preventive maintenance on a daily basis
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure the safety and security of the property
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the Community Manager
- HVAC or EPA certification preferred
- Pool operation and maintenance experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year of multifamily experience with an emphasis on repairs, maintenance, and customer service
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects of appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting and repairs, electricity, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and irrigation systems
- Must be available to work in an on-call capacity as related to our 24-hour routine maintenance guarantee
- Must be able to lift objects up to 100 lbs.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist into small areas
- Must be able to reach overhead for extended periods of time due to overhead repair work
