Roadside Assistance Technician

Job Summary

Duties

• Respond promptly to AAA roadside assistance calls, assessing vehicle conditions on-site
• Perform vehicle battery testing using tools such as company provided battery testers also unlock members car and deliver fuel.
• Conduct basic vehicle maintenance tasks including jump-starts, and tire changes.
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain repairs needed and provide safety instructions

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience working on various vehicle systems
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance
• Ability to work independently in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to repairs
• Prior experience with electrical systems or automotive repair is a plus but not required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
