Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.⚡What You'll Do:Review and understand daily production scheduleSet up molding machines by gathering patterns and related coresRead and follow work orders, and casting specificationsInspect molds for defects and ensure proper dimensionsMaintain a clean and safe work areaFollow all safety, quality, and production proceduresWork closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goalsOperate Hunter or BMM Molding Machine daily???? What We're Looking For:High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious foundry or molding experience preferred (training available for entry-level candidates)Knowledge of molding techniques, tools, and materialsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityWillingness to work in a hot, industrial environmentAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a team????
