⚡What You'll Do
- Review and understand daily production schedule
- Set up molding machines by gathering patterns and related cores
- Read and follow work orders, and casting specifications
- Inspect molds for defects and ensure proper dimensions
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
- Operate Hunter or BMM Molding Machine daily
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous foundry or molding experience preferred (training available for entry-level candidates)
- Knowledge of molding techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to work in a hot, industrial environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
