THE ROLEThis isn't your typical "call center" job. You are the voice of Richmond Express, acting as the critical link between our clients and our dispatch team. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy a fast-paced "mission control" atmosphere where accuracy and compassion are the priorities.
Key Responsibilities:High-Volume Coordination: Manage incoming calls and emails with speed and professionalism.
Order Architecture: Enter customer orders with high attention to detail to ensure seamless delivery.
Client Advocacy: Assist with inquiries, monitor requests, and route complex needs to the right departments.
Operational Support: Maintain accurate records and support the team during peak delivery windows.
QUALIFICATIONSExperience: 2 years of prior Customer Service experience (Logistics or Office experience preferred).
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook are essential).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to remain calm under pressure.
Requirements: Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check/drug screening.
Mindset: A positive attitude, strong critical thinking skills, and a "self-starter" work ethic.
