What You’ll Do
- Lead and support facilities staff through all stages of employment, including coaching, performance management, and development
- Oversee daily operations for housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance service
- Ensure compliance with OPWDD, ICF, and IRA regulations and maintain constant inspection readiness
- Manage preventive maintenance programs, site inspections, and safety audits
- Review and approve bi-weekly payroll in ADP with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Track budgets, analyze maintenance trends, and report on operational performance
- Manage and optimize the electronic maintenance ticketing system and SLAs
- Coordinate staff training and deliver ongoing in-service education
- Partner with program leadership to eliminate silos and drive operational excellence
- Play a key role in regulatory surveys, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
