Based at Grand Central Station with a staff of 25, we are projected to double or triple in 3–5 years and need exceptional people to help make this happen.The Kind of Person We Are Looking ForAble to process a large amount of work quickly. Very organizedStrong time-managementPrecise attention to detailHigh tolerance for repetitive tasksCompensation$55,120 per year plus profit sharing plus and all additional benefits brings total compensation close to or above $80,000 per year.Monthly MetroCard,After 3 months: full major medical, 401(k) with 5% matching, generous vacation.Profit sharing brings total compensation close to or above $80,000 per year.Responsibilities (include but not limited to)Staffing Security RequestsMonitor your email inboxes. Answer incoming phone calls. Immediately acknowledge all client, prospect, and affiliate messages. Log all guard requests. Request rates/availability from local affiliates; search for new local firms as needed. Track affiliate responses and log quotes. Quote clients and request approval to proceed. Follow up on all quotes until accepted or declined. If accepted, generate a work order, notify affiliate, and send work order. Notify clients when requests are staffed.Securing Guard NamesFor temporary shifts: obtain guard name and cell by 3 PM same day; escalate if not received. For recurring shifts: obtain guard name and number at least a week in advance.Checking in GuardsCheck in all guards. Monitor dispatch reports; if a guard does not clock in, contact the site and guard. Request affiliate to send a replacement if needed. Keep client contacts updated until guard is onsite or confirmed unavailable. Affiliate ManagementTrack down signed work orders. Periodically review Affiliate Partner COI/License report and secure current documents.Quality ControlPeriodically check in with site managers for feedback.Waste ManagementMonitor email inboxes. Answer incoming phone calls. Immediately acknowledge all messages. Log all customer service requests and verify information. Notify the site’s hauler of issues/requests. Keep site manager and HQ contact updated until resolved. Coordinate with billing manager regarding excessive charges. Shop out client sites 3 months before contract renewals. After renewal, send and collect signed award letters from haulers.Fire SafetySchedule preventative maintenance inspections a month in advance. Verify PMs occurred by the last week of the month. Resolve client requests by hiring affiliates or obtaining quotes. Provide daily updates on open non-PM requests.Pest ControlVerify monthly preventative inspections. Resolve client requests and schedule needed serviceProvide daily updates on open non-PM requests. Close out tickets in internal and client systemsAffiliate Management (Pest Control)Track down signed work orders. Periodically review Affiliate Partner COI/License report and secure current documents. Quality Control (Pest Control Only). THIS IS NOT A WORK FROM HOME POSITION.Company DescriptionOur market is primarily in the retail sector, but we are planning to expand into all other potential real estate areas in need of our services (i.e. residential, commercial, major events, industrial, etc.) Based at Grand Central in NYC currently with a staff of 35, we are planning to double and triple in the next 3 to 5 years and need ONLY exceptional people to help us make this happen.

Salary : $55,120 - $80,000
