POSITION: LIAISON @ INTERMEDIATE SCHOOLS
REPORTS TO: Building Principal
SUMMARY:
180 Days.
Salary based on Richmond Community Schools Non-Contractual Salary Schedule.
Supervises In School Restriction Room.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be present, on time and ready to work.
Work collaboratively with Administrators.
Gather assignments for student in ISR and ensure that completed assignments are in the teachers’ mailboxes.
Enter discipline data into POWERSCHOOL.
Contact Positive Alternatives @Boys and Girls Club to place a student.
Fill out necessary paperwork.
Manage/organize lunch detentions for ISR.
Create and maintain Friday incentive spreadsheets.
Willing to contact parents when principal or assistant principal is not able.
Help with Check In/Check Out process.
Interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy.
Perform other duties as assigned by the building principal.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Have a working knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets.
Possess interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy.
Must complete training that will be available through online modules or professional development, this training will be provided for your prospective job.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Good oral and written communication skills a must.
REASONING ABILITY:
Must be able to problem solve.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Basic math, pre-algebra and algebra are needed.
