Richmark Properties is seeking a proactive and experienced Property Manager to lead the operations of a multifamily apartment community. This individual will take full ownership of the property’s financial performance, team development, resident satisfaction, and physical appearance, while maintaining compliance and controlling expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily operations of the property to meet or exceed income goals and remain within budgeted expenses
- Manage, mentor, and support on-site staff; promote a culture of trust, growth, and accountability
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
- Identify and implement strategies to improve property performance and operational efficiency
- Ensure adherence to all federal Fair Housing laws, as well as applicable local ordinances
- Oversee apartment renovations and upgrades as needed
- Handle resident concerns and emergencies with professionalism and effective problem-solving
- Maintain accurate records and reporting in property management software (Resman experience is a plus)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager at a multifamily community
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing renovations or capital improvements is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
