Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Porter to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our team!

Position: Porter   

Location: Lexington Reserve, our 61-unit residential community located in Portsmouth, VA!

Hours: The hours for the position are Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

• Competitive base hourly pay, discussed during interview process
• Automatic hourly pay increases every quarter (every 3 months) following your initial 90-days on the job

Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings
• Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly
• Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Uphold safety standards and report any issues to management
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to residents
• Adhere to company policies and seek opportunities for personal growth 

Qualifications:

• Education
  1. High school diploma or GED required
• Experience
  1. 1-3 months of related experience preferred
  2. Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial
  3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Skills & Certifications:
  1. Valid Driver’s License required
