Porter (part-time)

Come join our Maintenance team as a Part-Time (20-25 hours per week) Porter in Miami, FL!

Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a part-time Porter to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our team!

Position: Porter   

Location: Slate of Miami, 105-unit Senior Residential community located in Miami, FL 33142 (Allapattah area)!

Hours: Day-time schedule, about 20-25 hours (days) per week, discussed during interview process.

What we Offer:

• Competitive base hourly pay
• Automatic hourly pay increases each quarter (every 3 months) following initial 90-days on the job
• Eligible to accrue Paid Sick Time (PST)
• Our Porter positions are typically a stepping-stone to our Maintenance Technician 1 position.

• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings
• Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly
• Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Uphold safety standards and report any issues to management
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to residents
• Adhere to company policies and seek opportunities for personal growth 

Qualifications:

• Education
  1. High school diploma or GED required
• Experience
  1. 1-3 months of related experience preferred
  2. Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial
  3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Skills & Certifications:
  1. Valid Driver’s License required
