🎯 Responsibilities


· Execute and sustain daily repair and upkeep of the property


· Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines


· Manage service requests and response times, ensuring completion within established deadlines while providing responsive, efficient, and courteous customer service


· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies


· Maintain a safe work environment and report any safety concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager


· Uphold and demonstrate exceptional customer service


· Seek educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development


· Participate in the ongoing property preventative maintenance plan


· Assist in the team effort of maintaining curb appeal and general cleanliness of buildings and grounds


· Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely manner


· Communicate adequate inventory of maintenance supplies and parts

🎓 Education


· High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferred

🧰 Experience


· Minimum of three (3) years of maintenance and general repair or groundskeeping experience


· Proficiency in maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.


· Must own basic tools as allowed by state laws


· Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing Laws


· Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

🪪 Skills & Certifications


· EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license strongly preferred


· Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes
