Luxury Leasing Associate

Join our growing Team as a full-time Signature Lifestyle Specialist (SLS) with Richman Signature Property Services, Inc. in Austin, TX!

This position is eligible for our brand new "Texas Stay Program", which is designed to financially reward commitment, celebrate milestones, and support RPS new-hires along the way!  You will be eligible to receive up to $3,000.00 during your initial first year with RPS as follows: paid after 90-days $500.00, after 6 months, $1,000.00, after one year of service, $1,500.00.  All bonuses are paid in conjunction with our regularly scheduled payroll timeframes and dates, and are taxable.  Employee must be active at the time of the scheduled payout date. 

Position: Signature Lifestyle Specialist (Luxury Leasing Associate)

Location: The Prescott, our 346-unit luxury residential property in Austin, TX  

Schedule/Hours: 40 hours per week, 9:00-6:00pm, Monday through Friday with a one-hour lunch break daily. Weekend (Sat/Sun shifts) from 10:00am-5:00pm, as needed.

Key Qualifications:

• 1-3 years experience leasing and marketing in a luxury multifamily residential community
• Experience using Yardi property management software products
• Excellent customer/resident satisfaction skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage all leasing inquiries, including phone calls and walk-ins
• Communicate knowledgeably about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks
• Create and distribute marketing materials
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Excel in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment
• Demonstrate highly motivated, high-energy sales with excellent closing skills
• Adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect 

Requirements:

• Education:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred

• Experience:

1. Minimum 1-3 years of luxury leasing experience, mid-rise experience, and proficiency in Yardi software products preferred

• Demonstrated phone sales and customer service skills
• Strong work ethic and customer focus
• Responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude
• Attention to detail/follow-up technique
• Performance-driven with an embrace of growth and change
• Problem-solving skills and reliability
• Professional demeanor and personable phone voice
• Ability to thrive in a customer-focused, team environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
• Valid Driver’s License required for position
