Leasing Associate (Lease-Up)

Join our rapidly growing Team as a full-time Leasing Associate at Richman Property Services (RPS), Inc., in Austin, TX!

This position is eligible for our brand new "Texas Stay Program", which is designed to reward commitment, celebrate milestones, and support RPS new-hires along the way!  You will be eligible to receive up to $3,000.00 during your initial first year with RPS as follows: after 90-days $500.00, after 6 months, $1,000.00, after one year of service, $1,500.00.  All bonuses are paid in conjunction with our regularly scheduled payroll timeframes and dates, and are taxable.  Employee must be active at the time of the scheduled payout date.

Position: Leasing Associate (Lease-Up)

Location: Carson Crossing, our brand new 288-unit multi-family residential community in Austin, TX, 78744!

Skills/Experience we are looking for: 

• Candidates with experience new construction, lease-up communities
• Experience leasing/marketing mixed communities of affordable, market, and conventional.  
• Yardi property management software experience
• Proven track record of achieving high resident satisfaction results, bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus 
• Flexibility to work weekend shifts/rotation, especially during Lease-Up phase

• Manage all leasing inquiries, including phone calls and walk-ins
• Communicate knowledgeably about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks
• Create and distribute marketing materials
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Excel in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment
• Demonstrate highly motivated, high-energy sales with excellent closing skills
• Adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect 

Requirements:

• Education:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred
• Experience:
  1. Minimum 1-3 years of leasing experience, multi-family leasing experience with new construction
  2. Proficiency in Yardi software products preferred
• Skills & Certifications:

1. Demonstrated phone sales and customer service skills
2. Strong work ethic and customer focus
3. Responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude
4. Attention to detail/follow-up technique

9. Valid Driver’s License required
