Position: Assistant Property Manager
Location: You will be based at our Grande Oaks apartments location in Tampa, FL 33610 with 50% of your time also spent supporting our sister property, Brandywine Apartments located in Tampa, FL 33610. Travel between both will be required
Key Qualifications:
- Tax credit/Affordable (LIHTC) experience Preferred
- Yardi experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager in achieving community goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously
- Manage work orders and maintenance requests using Yardi software
- Coordinate lease renewals and rental increases
- Conduct unit inspections and move-in/out processes
- Support leasing activities and resident relations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
- Education:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- 2 years in Assistant or Leasing positions within the apartment industry; experience with affordable communities and Yardi software preferred.
- Experience with LIHTC communities and Yardi software is preferred.
- Skills & Certifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Property Management software, strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws
- Valid Driver’s License required
