Position: Floating Assistant Property Manager
Location: This position will support RPS apartment communities located in the Miami, FL
Key Qualifications: Primarily looking for Candidates 2 years’ experience in multi-family affordable residential communities:
- Heavy affordable, tax credit LIHTC experience is required for this role in a Leasing/Admin and assisting the Property Manager
- Experience using Yardi affordable property management software
- Bilingual, English/Spanish preferred for this opportunity

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager in achieving community goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously
- Manage work orders and maintenance requests using Yardi software
- Coordinate lease renewals and rental increases
- Conduct unit inspections and move-in/out processes
- Support leasing activities and resident relations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
- Education:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- 2 years in Assistant or Leasing positions within the apartment industry; experience with affordable communities and Yardi software preferred.
- Skills & Certifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Property Management software, strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws
- Valid Driver’s License required
