Richman Property Services is currently seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our team!
Position: Administrative Assistant (PT)
Location: Bayville Housing. Our 96 unit residential community. located in Bayville.
Hours: Monday Through Friday 9:00am - 2:00pm

Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and emails from Resident Managers and Leasing Staff
- Assist with application intake, verification, and screening and resident applications Lease document review for compliance
- Preparing tenant responses and property notices
- Preparing legal notices
- Special projects as assigned
- Filing
Requirements:
- Education:
- High School Diploma or GED and some college preferred
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in apartment leasing and/or property management preferred
- Skills & Certifications:
- Excellent command of the English language - both written and oral
- Customer service and detail-oriented
- Good time-management skills and ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously
- Residential Property Management experience preferred
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize
- Exceptional resident relations skills
