What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Intern position at Richland Library?
Richland Library is seeking to hire a Part-Time Human Resources Intern at our Main location.
Sample Duties:
- Assist with maintaining employee personnel files and HR records.
- Assist with data entry, recordkeeping.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, wellness activities, and organizational events.
- Create presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and other business documents to support HR operations.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Rising high school senior or above
