About The Role
The Creative Director reports directly to the President and will ensure that everything we put into the world is recognizable and unmistakably aligned with our brand promise: “It’s a Richardson.” They will lead the evolution of how Richardson shows up visually, responsible for refining and strengthening our existing creative foundation into a more focused, consistent visual expression of the values our fans recognize in us — fit, shape, and how our products look when worn—into a cohesive and compelling visual system across every touchpoint.
This position is fully on-site at our Springfield, OR headquarters.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or senior creative leader within consumer, lifestyle, apparel, or brand-driven organizations
- A strong portfolio demonstrating brand evolution, not just campaign-based work
- Deep understanding of visual identity systems and how they function across multiple channels
- Advanced skills using graphic design applications such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Ability to translate intangible brand values into clear, compelling creative output
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
- 10 years of progressive management and leadership experience
- Experience working with both B2B and consumer audiences is a plus
