As the Concierge Director, you will serve as the face of the community while overseeing daily concierge operations and ensuring residents receive outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, schedule, and supervise the concierge team
- Create monthly schedules for concierge staff and seasonal team members
- Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional resident service
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor concierge team members
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resident, vendor, and visitor needs
- Handle resident requests and provide personalized recommendations and assistance
- Address and resolve resident, guest, and staff concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Answer telephone calls, respond to inquiries, and ensure prompt follow-up
- Maintain extensive knowledge of the community, amenities, and services
- Follow up on service requests and emergency maintenance requests
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Bookkeeping experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Ability to walk the property regularly and climb stairs
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach overhead, and move furniture as needed
- Ability to sit for extended periods and work nights and weekends when required
- Must meet residency requirements for the community
