As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the physical assets of the community, supervise maintenance staff, coordinate preventative maintenance programs, manage apartment make-readies, and ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards.

- Supervise, schedule, and direct daily maintenance operations and maintenance staff
- Coordinate and respond to resident service requests and maintenance needs
- Oversee apartment make-readies and ensure timely preparation of vacant units
- Perform and manage preventative maintenance programs
- Identify, address, and correct hazardous conditions throughout the community
- Coordinate safety training and skills development for maintenance personnel
- Monitor inventory levels and order maintenance supplies as needed
- Manage maintenance expenses and assist with budget oversight
- Support capital improvement, renovation, and rehabilitation projects
- Maintain community appearance and ensure luxury property standards are consistently met
- Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed
- Previous maintenance supervisory experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in multifamily housing, commercial, industrial, or institutional facilities
- EPA Universal Certification or HVAC Certification preferred
- Strong working knowledge of:
- HVAC systems and troubleshooting
- Plumbing
- Electrical systems
- Appliance repair
- Carpentry
- Refrigeration
- Irrigation systems
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to motivate, train, and develop maintenance team members
- Must be available to participate in an on-call rotation to support our 24-hour emergency maintenance program
